n4The Olympic Games (OG) are a special and a mega sporting event held every fourth year and open for all qualified athletes (teams and individuals) of the national Olympic committees (NOC). n4Olimpijske igre (OI) su specijalni i mega sportski dogadaj koji se održava svake cetvrte godine i koji je otvoren za kvalifikovane sportiste (timove i pojedince) nacionalnih olimpijskih komiteta (NOC).
n5The participation of the world’s best athletes and the context of the events by which the Olympic values are promoted are two key factors that make the OG the primary multi-sporting event. n5Ucešce najboljih sportista sveta i kontekst dogadaja kojim se promovišu olimpijske vrednosti cine dva kljucna faktora koja opre-deljuju OI kao primarni multisportski dogadaj.
n6In preparation for the participation in the Games, the Olympic Committee of Serbia (OCS) realizes the Olympic programmes that take place in phases and periods of the life cycle of the Olympics and through which sports and business function of the OCS itself, but also helps improve the whole system of sport of Serbia. n6U pripremi za ucešce na Igrama, Olimpijski komitet Srbije (OKS) realizuje olimpijske programe koji se odvijaju po fazama i periodima životnog ciklusa olimpijade i kroz koje se usavršava sportska i poslovna funkcija samog OKS, ali i celine sistema sporta Srbije.
n7The Olympic programmes, as a subject of this paper, contain innovative strategy of the OCS by which all those who possess competencies essential for participation in the OG (sports, organizational, managing) are included. n7Olimpijski programi, kao predmet ovog rada, sadrže inovacionu strategiju OKS kojom su obuhvaceni svi oni koji vladaju kompetentnostima esencijalnim za ucešce na OI (sportske, organizacione, upravljacke...).
n8The programmes are partially an innovation (result, team, participation, the competent sports organization), a process (the application of new technologies), and affirmation of the existing and the creation of new, Olympic, values. n8Programi predstavljaju inovaciju u de I u pro i zvoda (rezultat, tim, ucešce, kompetentna sportska organizacija), procesa (primena novih tehnologija), afirmacije postojecih i stvaranja novih - olimpijskih - vrednosti.
