n5The Career Center operating within the frameworks of the Faculty of Economics-Skopje, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, published an announcement for recruiting students-volunteers, thus giving the students an opportunity to actively participate in the Faculty’s operations and consequently add value to their studies. n5Centar za razvoj karijere koji radi u okviru Ekonomskog fakulteta Univerziteta Sveti Cirilo i Metodije u Skoplju, objavio je konkurs za angažovanje studenata-volontera i tako dao priliku studentima da aktivno ucestvuju u radu Fakulteta i sledstveno tome dodaju vrednost svojim studijama.
n6Considering the notion that recruitment requires search, attraction and provision of pool of candidates who are to be further subjected to a process of selection the result of which will be selection of those candidates who best meet the requirements, the team of experts from the Career Center set a framework for making the selection process in four phases. n6Kada se ima u vidu da regrutovanje podrazume-va potragu, privlacenje i kreiranje jedne baze kandidata koji ce potom proci kroz proces selekcije da bi se izabrali oni kandidati koji u najvecoj meri zadovoljavaju zahteve, tim strucnjaka iz Centra za razvoj karijere postavio je okvire za proces izbora koji ce teci u cetiri faze.
n7It is this paper’s objective to describe and present the selection process for the purpose of which one of the best known and most often applied methods of multicriteria decision making is being used i.e. the AHP Method (the Analytic Hierarchy Process Method). n7Cilj ovog rada je da opise i predstavi proces selekcije u kome se primenjuje jedan od najpoznatijih i najcešce primenjivanih metoda odlucivanja pomocu vise kriterijuma, AHP metod (metod analiticke hijerarhije). 1. Introduction On the occasion of year 2011 announced by European Union as a European Year of Volunteering, under the motto: “By volunteering we create better society”, the Career Center at the Faculty of Economics-Skopje, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, published an announcement for recruiting students-volunteers who are to be engaged within the frameworks of the Faculty’s operations. n8 n9Povodom proglašenja 2011. godine za Evropsku godinu volonterstva pod geslom „Dobrovoljnim radom stvaramo bolje društvo“, Centar za razvoj karijere u okviru Ekonomskog fakulteta u Skoplju, Univerziteta Sveti Cirilo i Metodije u Skoplju objavio je konkurs za prijem studenata-volontera koji ce se ukljuciti u rad u okviru poslovanja Fakulteta.
n10Working in the direction of setting and fulfilling the already set goal: “From the students to the students - from the Faculty to the Faculty” the Career Center published this announcement for recruiting students-volunteers studying at the Faculty of Economics-Skopje, thus following the European initiatives for creating a better society in which students can really make a difference by becoming active within the frameworks of their high-educational institution. n10Orijentisan u svom radu na postavljanje i postizanje vec postavljenog cilja: “Od studenata studentima - od fakulteta fakultetu“, Centar za razvoj karijere je objavio ovaj konkurs za regrutovanje studenata-volontera koji studiraju na Ekonomskom fakultetu u Skoplju i time sledio evropsku inicijativu za stvaranje boljeg društva u kome ce studenti zaista moci nešto da promene tako što ce aktivno ucestvovati u radu u okviru svoje visokoškolske institucije.
