n6Virtual organization is an electronically linked network of individuals and organizations whose aim is to achieve mutual interests, sharing the risks and resources, but also the benefits from the results obtained. n6Virtualna organizacija je elektronski povezana mreža pojedinaca i organizacija sa ciljem ostvarivanja zajedničkih interesa, uz međusobnu podelu rizika i resursa, ali i koristi od postignutih rezultata.
n7It functions as a temporary network of legally independent, but organizationally related entities, where each entity adds to the economic value to the final goal for the purpose of which the network is actually formed. n7Funkcioniše kao privremena mreža pravno nezavisnih, ali organizaciono povezanih entiteta, pri čemu svaki entitet dodaje ekonomsku vrednost konačnom cilju zbog koga je mreža i formirana.
n8Connecting into a virtual network, the members of the virtual organization help reduce the complexity and uncertainty of the environment, acting together as a unique organization. n8Povezivanjem u virtualnu mrežu, članovi virtualne organizacije smanjuju kompleksnost i nepredvidljivost okru-ženja, pri čemu oni zajedno deluju kao jedinstvena organizacija.
n9The logics that underlines the emergence and development of virtual organizations is founded in the idea that the survival in an ever more fierce competition on the global market largely depends on the organizations’ ability to clearly define their core competences and cooperate with a large number of other organizations of complementary competences, in order that they should mutually succeed in accomplishing the goals set before them in most effective and efficient ways. n9Logika koja prati nastanak i razvoj virtualnih organizacija se temelji na ideji da opstanak u sve oštrijoj konkurenciji na globalnom tržištu u velikoj meri zavisi od sposobnosti organizacija da jasno definišu svoja jezgra kompetencija i ostvare koope-raciju sa većim brojem drugih organi-zacija koje poseduju komplementarne kompetencije, kako bi zajedno uspele da na efektivan i efikasan način ostvare ciljeve koji se pred njih postavljaju.
