Introduction The development of project management as a specialized management discipline can be tracked from the Project Management concept definition and the implementation, dealing with managing one project, to Programme Management, that includes managing a number of projects that make up a programme, to managing project portfolio (Project Portfolio Management) which incorporates managing a number of independent projects and programmes. n6 n7Razvoj projektnog menadžmenta kao specijalizovane menadžment discipline tekao je od definisanja i pri-mene koncepta upravljanja projektom (Project Management) koje se odnosi na upravljanje jednim projektom preko program menadžmenta (Program Management) koji obuhvata upravljanje sa više projekata koji čine program, pa do upravljanja portfoliom projekata (Project Portfolio Management) koji obuhvata upravljanje sa više nezavisnih projekta i programa.
n8We should also mention certain concepts of strategic project management, management through projects, multiproject management in the organization, etc, advocated by some authors, with different prospects for further elaboration and implementation. n8Takođe treba pomenuti i određene koncepte strategijskog projektnog menadžmenta, upravljanja pomoću projekata, multipro-jektnog upravljanja u organizaciji i sl., koje pro-movišu pojedini autori, sa različitim mogućnostima dalje razrade i primene.
n9The development of the basic concept of project management and the creation of new disciplines such as programme management and the portfolio project management, shifts the focus of our attention from individual project goals to the organizational objectives. n9Razvoj osnovnog koncepta projektnog menadžmenta i stvaranje novih disciplina kao što su program me-nadžment i portfolio projektni menadžment, prenosi težište pažnje sa pojedinačnih ciljeva projekta na ciljeve organizacije.
n10As to the programme management and the portfolio project management, these disciplines concentrate upon several projects in the company and thus clearly take into consideration, primarily, both the organizational objectives and the degree to which individual projects within the programme or the portfolio contribute to achieving organizational objectives. n10Kada je u pitanju program menadžment i upravljanje portfoliom projekata, ove discipline se koncentrišu na više projekata u jednoj kompaniji i time jasno uzimaju u obzir, pre svega, ciljeve organizacije i koliko pojedini projekti u okviru programa ili portfolia doprinose postizanju ciljeva organizacije.
