n7This proposal of changes in the professional development of teachers (including: pre-school teachers, class teachers, subject teachers of upper grades of primary school, and of general secondary school teachers, as well as primary school principals, school associates - psychologists and pedagogues, and school advisors) deals with the continuity of the process of their professional development. n7Ovaj predlog promena u obrazovanju i profesionalnom razvoju nastavnika (vaspitača, učitelja, predmetnih nastavnika i profesora gimnazija, kao i direktora osnovnih škola, stručnih saradnika - školskih psihologa i pedagoga, defektologa, logopeda - i prosvetnih savetnika) bavi se kontinuitetom njihovog profesionalnog razvoja.
n8It refers to three basic phases of this process: pre-service, induction, and in-service training. n8Razmatraju se tri osnovne faze tog procesa: bazično obrazovanje za struku, uvođenje u profesiju (stažiranje) i usavršavanje pri radu.
n9The proposal is based on the insight into current problems of education and training of teachers and on a series of aims which are to determine line and dynamics of proposed changes. n9Predložene promene zasnovane su na uvidu u tekuće probleme obrazovanja i usavršavanja nastavnika i na nizu ciljeva koji treba da odrede pravac i dinamiku predloženih promena.
