| n3 | In restricted procedure and in negotiated procedure with prior publication of a call for tenders, in cases where urgency renders impracticable the time limits laid down in Article 67, client may fix the following time limits: | n3 | Ako u restriktivnom postupku zbog hitnosti nije moguće poštovati rokove iz člana 67. ovog zakona, naručilac može da odredi sledeće rokove: |
| n4 | 1. the final time limit for submission of requests to participate in the procedures must not be shorter than 15 days from the date of dispatch of the call; | n4 | 1) krajnji rok za podnošenje prijave za učestvovanje u postupku ne može biti kraći od 15 dana od dana kada je poslat poziv; |
| n5 | 2. the final time limit for submission of bids must not be shorter than 10 days from the date of dispatch of the invitation to tender. | n5 | 2) krajnji rok za podnošenje ponude ne može biti kraći od 10 dana od dana poziva za učestvovanje na konkursu. |
