n6To unite and transfer all competencies for preschool education to the Ministry for Education and Sport and to transform the existing forms of preschool education into a decentralized, diversified and comprehensive system that will meet the determined standard of quality care and education of preschool children and will enable the parents to experience their right of choice and participation. n6objediniti nadležnost za delatnost predškolskog vaspitanja i obrazovanja u okviru Ministarstva prosvete i sporta (MPS), i transformisati postojeće oblike predškolskog vaspitanja i obrazovanja u decentralizovan, diversifikovan ali povezan sistem, koji će pružati definisan standard kvaliteta nege, vaspitanja i obrazovanja za decu do polaska u školu i omogućiti pravo izbora i participacije za roditelje.
