n2The programme of solving redundancies shall contain a proposal of measures, including particularly transfer to other posts, work with another employer, retraining and additional training, reduced working hours and other rights in accordance with the law, the bylaw or the labour contract. n2Program rešavanja viška zaposlenih sadrži predlog mera, i to naročito: premeštaj na druge poslove, rad kod drugog poslodavca, prekvalifikaciju ili dokvalifikaciju, skraćeno radno vreme i druga prava u skladu sa zakonom, opštim aktom ili ugovorom o radu.

n4In the case of the cancellation of the labour contract referred to in Article 101, Paragraph 1, Item 8 of this Law, the employer shall give a severance pay to the employee, in the amount set by the bylaw or the labour contract, as follows: n4U slučaju otkaza ugovora o radu u smislu člana 101. stav 1. tačka 8) ovog zakona, poslodavac je dužan da isplati otpremninu u visini utvrđenoj opštim aktom ili ugovorom o radu, i to zaposlenom:
n51) up to 10 years of employment - in the amount equalling at least two salaries; n51) do 10 godina provedenih u radnom odnosu - najmanje u visini dvostrukog iznosa zarade;
n62) from 10 to 20 years of employment - in the amount equalling at least three earnings; n62) od 10 do 20 godina provedenih u radnom odnosu - najmanje u visini trostrukog iznosa zarade;
n73) from 20 to 30 years of employment - in the amount equalling at least four earnings; n73) od 20 do 30 godina provedenih u radnom odnosu - najmanje u visini četvorostrukog iznosa zarade;
n84) more than 30 years of employment - in the amount equalling at least five earnings. n84) preko 30 godina provedenih u radnom odnosu - najmanje u visini petostrukog iznosa zarade.
n9The salaries referred to in Paragraph 1 of this Article shall mean the earnings that the employee has earned in accordance with the law, the bylaw or the labour contract for the month preceding the one in which his employment is terminated. n9Zaradom, u smislu stava 1. ovog člana, smatra se zarada koju je zaposleni ostvario u skladu sa zakonom, opštim aktom ili ugovorom o radu za mesec koji prethodi mesecu u kome mu prestaje radni odnos.
