Abstract This paper analyses interorganizational relations and interorganizational design as a means to manage those
relations. The focal point of analysis is the design of Shared Services Centre-SSC, by using a method of Workflow
Management, WFM. The authors point out strategic and organizational, political, technical and economic
motives for establishing SSCs. The paper also describes a conceptual model and process of designing SSC.
| Apstrakt U radu su analizirani interorganizacioni odnosi i interorganizacioni dizajn kao sredstvo da se upravlja tim odnosima. Težište ana I ize je na dizajniranju centra zaj ednickih usluga (shared services center - SSC), uz kori-šcenje metoda menadžmenta toka rada (workflow management - WFM). Ukazano je na strateške i organizacione, politicke, tehnicke i ekonomske motive za formiranje SSCs. Dat je konceptualni model i opisan je proces dizajniranja SSC.
