Abstract This paper attempts to identify those competences for a business manager position which potential recruiters
consider to be important. We propose conjoint analysis as an appropriate tool to determine the recruiters’
preferences. Conjoint analysis is an experimental approach used as a tool for measuring customer preferences
regarding the attributes of a product or a service, as well as for understanding the development of an
individual’s preferences. The conducted research and the obtained results have the purpose to inform potential
candidates about various recruiters’ expectations, and to help university teachers design their courses.

Predložili smo Conjoint analizu kao tehniku za odredivanje preferencija odluke o zapošljavanju. Conjoint analiza je eksperimentalni pristup koji se koristi kao sredstvo za merenje preferencije kupaca prema proizvodima ili uslugama, kao i za razumevanje pojedinacnih preferencija. Sprovedeno je istraživanje i dobijeni rezultati imaju za cilj da informišu potencijalne kandidate o ocekivanjima odluke o zapošljavanju, kao i da pomognu nastavnicima na fakultetima u kreiranju |
