Abstract As a 20th century phenomenon, transition in the former socialist countries has changed the prospects and the
further flows of economic activities of the companies and other business oriented entities. Since 1990, privatisation
as a process has become a category of paramount changes in both socio-political and economic
aspects. The economic purpose of transition is to develop a successful, competitive and capable economy that
will transform the countries with socialist economic mechanisms into completely market economies. |
