Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify the fundamental segments for the proper receivables management. Adequate collection of receivables is generally, after profitability, the second most important measure of success of business. Therefore, companies are obliged to carefully take account of their balance of trade and to manage them properly, so that the company’s liquidity would not be called into question.
Apstrakt
Cilj ovog rada je identifikovanje fundamentalnih segmenata za adekvatno upravljanje potraživanjima od kupaca. Adekvatna naplata potra`ivanja je generalno, posle profitabilnosti, druga najznačajnija mera uspešnosti poslovanja preduzeća. Stoga su, preduzeća u obavezi da veoma pažljivo vode računa o svom saldu potraživanja od kupaca i da njima adekvatno upravljaju, kako likvidnost preduzeća ne bi bila dovedena u pitanje.
